We are beginning intense viral marketing of the website in 2 months. Our marketing budget is thousands of USD monthly. We have a youtube.com video that will be released in the first month of being open that we anticipate over a million views in the first week to drive traffic to the site. This site will be successful. We need a visionary to outsource our printing production.The website will have about 100 designs. There will be about 65% 1 color prints, 20% 2 color prints, 10% 3 color prints, and 5% double sided 1 color prints. There may be more color prints to come later.Your scope of work will be:1) Accept deliveries of blank shirts we ship to you that we have paid for. ***IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA*** You will be receiving the shirts by ocean OR air freight to your country. You will be responsible for clearing customs and all logistics on your side2) Store these blank shirts until orders are received for production.3) Burn, prepare, and store screens with our designs on them. There will be about 125-150 screens.4) Do a print run once a week of all orders that have come in for any or all of the designs. This will increase to twice a week when volume increases. You will have to print the design if there is one shirt needed or 100. We WILL only pay one price per print no matter of volume, so please bid accordingly. We WILL NOT pay a per run setup fee. We WILL pay a one time fee for screen setup. The print run of each design will have different color shirts, and different sizes you must pull for each run. We WILL NOT guarantee any volume per print, or per run. There WILL NOT be ink color changes on any designs.5) You will then package the orders in packaging we specify. This packaging will be a heat sealed plastic bag with the shirt and leaflet inside. This and the invoice will then be put into a manila envelope or bigger orders will be boxed.6) You will then print out a thermal address label with the customers name, address, and US postage. The postage will come from our account; you will not pay for it.7) ***IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA*** You will package all orders into cartons for air freight to the USA. You will then be responsible for logistics to the air freight company.What you will be paying for and providing:1) Labor to print2) Inks, chemicals, solvents3) Printing equipment4) Clean, dry, secure space for 2,000 shirts to start, and 150 screens5) ***IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA*** Inbound and outbound logistics from terminal/customs warehouse to/from your facility. Inbound duty if required.6) Labor to package7) A surety bond (we will assist your with this step)What we will be paying for and providing:1) Blank shirts2) Freight to and from your location if in the USA. ***IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA***We are paying for freight to/from your country.3) ***IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE USA*** Please also provide a quote for A)approximately 10x13 manila envelope B)plastic to make a heat sealed bag C)full color 4x6 double sided flyer D)Thermal mailing label4) Postage5) If you would like us to purchase the screens, please include that price in your proposal.Please provide us a quote with the following:1) Price for 1color print, 2 color print, 3 color print, and front and back one color print.
