Please read the following conditions very carefully, if you cannot meet one of the conditions below, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY EMAIL TO US about any cooperation request.CONDITION 1- DETAILS OF UCOFree Fatty Acid 5% Max. M.I.U. (Moisture and Impurities) 2% max Water Content 0.075% max Ash Content 0.01% max Acid Value (MG KOH/g) 7 Saponification Value (MG KOG/g) 185-200 Iodine Value 120 Color: Yellow or brown (Red is not acceptable) The above mentioned tests will be conducted by any SGS lab. The exporter MUST tell us the “TEST METHODS” before we visit their factory. The test methods which will be given by exporter MUST be in international standarts.CONDITION 2- VISITING YOUR FACTORYAs our company is very strict about if our partners’ capabilities can do the UCO business, before we make the payment (please see the condition 3 for payment term) , our team will make a short visit to your factory and ask about the prosedures of matching the above-mentione spec.There are some export companies who do not allow us to visit their factory! If you are one of them, please DO NOT CONTACT WITH US.CONDITION 3 - OUR REQUIRED PAYMENT METHOD (VERY IMPORTANT!)In China, we see that there are a lot of scammers about the UCO business. For this reason we can only work w?th those factories or exporters which can accept the deferred payment.We only can accept L/C 45 or 60 days after the B/L date.If you are not able to provide this condition please do not send any email since it would be just a wasting of time for both sides.On L/C if the exporter wants a “confirming bank”, it would be the exporter’s cost.Our L/C issuing bank is Halkbank (www.halkbank.com.tr) which is the biggest bank of Turkey and has lots of confirming bank options.Besides by openning the L/Cyou may guarantee of your payments, you may have any suspicious about our company. In that case, you pay a visit to our company and we can talk face to face.All required tests with their methods will be mentioned on L/C draft. And the exporter MUST present the approved SGS report with the other documents to its bank.The destination port is Rotterdam/ The NetherlandsCONDITION 4- INSPECTION PROCEDURESOur prosedures for checking the goods is as followsa- When the delivery time comes, our team will come to your factory again to see the prepared goods in silos or warehouseb- The UCO will be pumped to the fleixitanks in containersc- After the the pumping finished, the containers will be waited one hour in the same area. (This is necessary to check the impurities percentage correctly)d- Our team will take samples from each containers (probably with an SGS officer)e- After we take the sample, the containers will be sealed by us and (probably by SGS officer too)f- The containers will be sent to seaport which is a place between Customs and inland area and no way to reach by both sidesg- Meanwhile, our team (and/or a person of the exporter) will give the samples to SGS for the above mentioned tests.h- As soon as we get the approved report from SGS, the exporter will release the containers to the Customs.i- All costs, except SGS tests, will belong to exporter.j- The exporter should provide the following documents; 1- Invoice 2- Packing List 3- Certificate of Origin 4- Bill of Lading 5- Approved SGS tests in the name of importers and exporters mentioning the L/C number.CONDITION 5- PRICEOur company is doing this business for a long time, therefore we know the market situation.Our target price is USD500/ FOB-Any port of China.If your price is more than this, please do not send any email.CONDITION 6- CAPABILITIES OF THE FACTORYOur UCO import volume is like as follows;In the first 6 months (till OCT 2012)we plan to buy 400MTIn the second 6 months, our qty will be 100mt per weekAnd in 1.5 year later, the total qty would be 250 mt per weekAs an exporter, you MUST confirm that you can meet all the conditions above.
