He was honest and strick with himself at first and our co-op on business was smooth and happy though his orders were always small. Then when coming to Nov.2010, he requested to do monthly payment, since we had known eath other and trusted each other. He did do payment in late month at that time. And we agreeed that if amount above USD3000, he should pay no matter when. After several months, when it came to Febuary,2011, factory was very busy since there were many orders and people are just back from New Year and many people not back, there was a one-day delay small order 100pcs and I asked him if he can give me one more day and he said it was OK and we finished and sent to him, and he got them, also a little mistake about the other small order and we remade it and sent to him under his permission too. When we have delay, we will notice him and and he had agreeed and ask us to send him, all on our cost for freight. Payment for Febuary was not much, and he said he will pay in March together. In March, he made many badges, all are good except the name badges 210pcs, when he got he said the font of name are not right, though we used the artwork which he gave and the font he gave. We finished those badges on time and send to dhl, dhl will send to hime in 4~6 days if no problem in customs. Sometimes DHL send it one day more or less. 2D0s)Y'^ Febury and March, the total payment should be USD5227.51. So I made the invoice and asked him to do payment, he said those problems, the delay, the printing quality, he said he lost customer and he will not pay. We had taken photos of badges and sent to him when goods ready, and asked whether they are ok or not, and then sent to him, he said nothing when he got goods, but later when we requested the payment, he said there were problems, and customers not pay, and he will not pay. So I asked him to delete the ones he claimed to be useless though he got them and used them, and asked him to pay for the other orders totally USD4268 and requested he returned our goods which he claimed to be bad. But then here came a person who said he was Stephan and was the artdesigner of Patrick and he said Patrick was in hospital in coma and without Patrick's permission, the bank can't send money. I said wish Patrick better soon and didn't requested him to pay immediately. Many days later, I heard from my friends which also making badges and she said Patrick was doing business with them and he paid them in April, so I sent Patrick email and asked him to pay, then Stephan said the bank can't pay money over USD500 and since I asked him day after day, he can pay us USD1000 and the rest will be paid when Patrick get back from hospital ; and then he said he need to make another 400pcs order IBC and asked us to make them and send to him, I trusted him and made the 400pcs since there were not much, so the total he owned us was USD4507.51 and then he began to disappear, no answer on msn and no answer for phone or email. But many friends in this markets said they saw Patrick is on line and still doing business with them. I had trusted him and he is cheating, so here I wrote this and warned those who see this and pls take care and be careful about this kind cheating person. There is not much money, but the action is very bad. I thought before that Euro people is honest and now I found one in Germany who is the black sheep of them. What a Pity! In fact I was too much careless since he had shown the sign of being dishonest when doing business, since he used our photos on his website for sales and he asked us to low down the invoice when sending goods to avoid the tax from Germany customs. But I didn't take care since I was not experienced in doing business. We shoule be upright and stand out and fight against these bad people to make a more beautiful environment and make the world more pure and better! These bad people should be punished.
