Water mixers are products that are found in homes, offices, and commercial complexes and are used for washing, cleaning, and bathing purposes. Some of the world's most famous producers of water mixers include, but not limited to, GROHE, AMERICAN STANDARD, IDEAL STANDARD, KHOHLER, ROCA, and many others. The Plant will produce 1,000,000 one million water mixers (faucets) annually of various sizes and shapes and we would like your kind cooperation in: (1) Specifying and purchasing the Machineries and/or Equipment (M&E) for the PLANT to be erected in Saudi Arabia. (2) Furnishing us with the required technical information on M&E needed to reach the required annual production level, estimated costs of various M&E needed for the PLANT, names and addresses of companies that manufacture the M&E, the expected life of each and every machine and/or piece of equipment, and all technical data and information needed in the purchase, installation, testing, operation, and/or maintenance stages of the M&E. (3) Studying & analyzing the M&E to be purchased and making sure that these M&E are suitable and sufficient for the production of the stated capacity mentioned above. (4) Participating in the installation and testing of the M&E to be purchased and furnishing any technical assistance that might be required during the installation and testing stage. (5) Designing the most effective and efficient production line for the PLANT to be erected by PARTY C in Saudi Arabia and providing Technical know-how and/or technical assistance in designing the BEST and MOST ECONOMICAL production line so as to achieve the maximum production efficiency and effectiveness. (6) Providing the required assistance in specifying the initial Ranges to be produced. This shall include designing all NEW Ranges and/or choosing or modifying existence Ranges (from other faucet makers). Also, making the necessary designs and deliver of all the necessary drawings and charts for all PRODUCTS to be produced, both in hard copy and on CDs. (7) Providing the required Technical know-how and/or technical assistance during the delivery, installation, and testing of the M&E to be purchased. (8) Providing the required Technical know-how, technical and/or manufacturing assistance. Such cooperation shall include, but NOT limited to, the BEST and MOST EFFICIENT & EFFECTIVE ways and methods of operating and maintaining the M&E to be purchased as well as selecting new employees and or providing the necessary training for personnel. (9) Providing technical and/or manufacturing assistance & consultations concerning NEW TECHNOLOGIES that might improve manufacturing processes and/or significantly reduce operating costs. (10) Providing, and on continuous basis, new manufacturing and trade secrets pertinent to faucet manufacturing and/or marketing, especially new manufacturing technologies and/or Technical Know-How that could significantly reduced the overall manufacturing costs. (11) Supplying, once an agreement is reached, us with the required raw materials and/or components needed for the PLANT, provided that the quality, prices, and delivery terms are acceptable and competitive. (12) Providing technical assistance, information and/or advice on:(12.1) Technical Know-How issues and dimensions.(12.2) Manufacturing technologies and/or techniques that could have an impact on the quality of PRODUCTS made by us or reduce the overall manufacturing costs.(12.3) Maintenance of the M&E to be acquired and methods & techniques that might be instrumental in reducing maintenance costs and/or lengthening the expected life of the various M&E to be purchased. (12.4) Ways to improve manufacturing processes, utilization of production capacity, and/or manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness. (12.5) Product designing services.(12.6) Ways to lengthen product life cycles.We are very open to all eventualities and you are more than welcome to join us as a partner in the project or as a technical partner and supplier of raw materials and components.
