By "road bicycle" I mean a bicycle with the following characteristics:- Drop handlebars- 700c wheels- multiple gears (not fixed / single speed)In terms of the bicycles themselves, I am interested in bicycles with a number of frame/fork materials: carbon fiber, titanium, magnesium, aluminium (or aluminium alloy), CroMoly, or steel. I am aware that pricing will be very different depending on frame material, but markets exist in Chile for road bicycles in a variety of price ranges. I am NOT interested in any company offering name brand bicycles, from brands such as Giant, Specialised, Trek, Colnago, etc. I am only interested in own-brand bicycles. I accept that you may produce or market bicycles using some name brand components, most notably the gears/groupset. I am interested in own-brand bicycles with certain name brand components, such as your own bicycle with Shimano gears. I expect the bicycles to be covered by a parts replacement guarantee. I am interested in doing business with manufacturers or trading companies. I wish to form a single long-term business partnership, and I consider it advantageous if you can also supply (or suggest suppliers) for other bicycle components and bicycle accessories, such as: tyres, inner tubes, helmets, pumps, water bottle cages, etc. I am interested in forming a partnership with a company located in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, or South Korea. I am NOT interested in any offers from companies located in Singapore or Indonesia. For this preliminary purchase, I do not want to spend more than a total of US$10,000. I am aware that, depending on the quality of the bicycles, this may translate to anything from a total of perhaps a very small number of units (carbon fiber, name brand components, carbon wheels) to perhaps over 100 basic steel units. Please feel free to contact me if you offer other bicycles or parts that you think I may be interested in. My company specialises in racing/road bicycles but does sell other models. The only offers that will definitely NOT interest me are offers to supply any name-brand items (Specialized, Giant, etc) and offers from companies located in Indonesia or Singapore. This is because I suspect that all such offers may be fraudulent. It is my understanding that Taiwan is a major center of the production of high-quality OEM and own-brand bicycles, and that China generally produces lower-cost models -- both of these options interest me.
