DETAILED PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Supply, installation and other related services for implementation of the computerised social security system for the Social Welfare Department. B. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL DATA: management, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of hardware, software, training and services for the implementation of the computerised social security system (CSSS). This tender is divided into 5 categories (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E). Category A: Program & Technical Management Services To provide program and technical management services for the successful implementation of the CSSS within specified schedule and budget, and according to specification and performance criteria specified in the Project Specification of the tender. Category B: System Delveopment & Integration Services To be responsible as system integrator, providing all necessary hardware and software other than those under Category (C) & (E). To develope CSSS main system, to provide on-going maintenance services and provide application training on CSSS main system. Category C: Data Migration System & Services To provide data conversion services and a migration system. To develop custom programs to support the manual data conversion. Category D: Training Services To provide PC software training. Category E: Image Retrieval System To provide an Image Retrieval System using optical disk drive and jukebox.
