Flush Main Doors: 45 mm thick; solid particleboard core construction. Refer to Door Schedule for Sizes.1. Door Construction: Core -- AWI section 1300 Type PC - HPDL-3, or equal.2. Flush Door Facing both sides:a. High pressure decorative laminate general purpose grade 50 (complying with NEMA standard LD-3) or equivalent.b. Apply faces prior to edges, ease all corners.c. Stiles and rails to be a close grained hardwood, bonded to the core.3. Adhesives, Face to Core/Frame: Type II - PVA or equivalent.4. Fabrication:a. Fabricate in accordance with AWI Quality Standards or equivalent.b. Provide blocking for hardware reinforcement.c. Factory machine for finish hardware.d.
