The company is selling modern lifestyle products (anti-odour products made of metal, so-called smellkillers). Smellkillers can be used e.g. in the bathroom, the kitchen or as an ashtray. The company's self-developed products are protected by patents, trademarks and registered designs. Who our client is looking for: A strategic partner from Asia interested in a long-term commitment - a partner, that has no direct or only limited access to distribution channels in the field of consumer goods (hardware) in Germany and Europe at the moment - A partner, that wants to enter the German/ European market to sell its products directly to end customers/ retailers - A partner that brings in new products and maybe also fresh money. General requirements of the partner: The products of the partner have to fit into the product range of our client to gain synergy effects from joined sales - At best our client would integrate the products of the Asian partner firm in its own brand strategy and sell their products under its established brands - The partner has at least 10 to 25 products that could be sold by our client. The following products would fit to its products: In general exclusive lifestyle household products (except electronical or porcelain products) - products should have a practical benefit for the customer - They should be well designed - Less important is the material as long as it is of high quality. At best the partner firm would do the retail packaging. The advantage for the partner firm / what we offer: Use of existing distribution channels - Our client offers the possibility to the partner company to sell its products direct to retail chains etc. without the need of an intermediary (importer or wholesaler) in Europe - Listings in the catalogues of several big mail order companies (most of them do not list new companies). Possible kinds of partnerships: commission for our client for each product, that is sold through these channels - the partner firm sells directly to the retailers - A takeover of shares of our client by the partner firm which enables the partner to use the distribution channels to sell its own product. The company is also open for your ideas, how to form a partnership! Our client is not interested in buying products from an Asian company.
