We are looking for a new DC MOTOR & PUMP ASSEMBLY in complete similar to the above pump but with higher pressure. Our end use is for 2nos of power stations (Manuf: AEG) in BAHRAIN. The pump which we are looking for is an EMERGENCY LUBRICATING OIL PUMP, which will be used when there is a major power failure in BAHRAIN or during breakdown of AC LUB OIL PUMP and the DC Motor will be running with an input from Batteries. At present we are having an AC LUB OIL PUMP which will be working continuously with the GENERATOR and its detail is given below. But the present DC LUB OIL PUMP is not producing enough pressure to run our machine because of low pressure and low capacity. Hence we are looking for a new DC LUB OIL PUMP which can produce same pressure as that of an AC pump. The pump should be same as that of our AC pump (details given below) but driving with a DC Motor. Note: 1. The new DC PUMP ASSEMBLY will be fixed in place of the old DC PUMP ASSEMBLY. (as a replacement). 2. The old DC motor is an assembly of 5.5kW AC motor & 5.5kW DC motor and the AC motor connections are permanently isolated and a 30kW AC motor has installed separately on at right side of DC motor assembly. 3. Attached photographs will clearly show you a DC Motor Assembly (Plane surface on the stator with grey paint) and AC Motor Assembly (Stator surface with heat sink with a very old paint).
