We are expanding our production to included the following: 1. Gland Packings, non-asbestos of flax, cotton, ramie, Acrylic Yarns, Kevlar, PTFE, carbon, and mixtures thereof in cross sectional sizes 3x3mm to 70x70mm. For these products we are looking for machinery as follows: A. Braiders 8, 16, 24 and 36 spindles for square packing construction. The machines must allow for fibre lubrication prior to braiding and must allow for very soft packings. B. Product Drying oven, natural gas, petrol or electric. C. Spooling machines for up to 5 kgs total weight. D. Squaring Machines with dies in the following square sizes in mm: 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 19, 20, 22, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35, 38, 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, 52, 55, 58, 60, 65, 70. E. Packaging machines for rolling on spools from 1 / 2 KG to 25 kgs. F. Shrink Film machines. G. Twisters 2. Jointing Sheets, non-asbestos, including flexible graphite sheets, in sheet sizes 1000x1500mm, 1500x1500mm, 2000x2000mm, thicknesses from 0, 2mm to 5, 00mm, plain and reinforced. For these products we are looking for machinery as follows: A. Calendering Machines for the above sheet sizes with overall roll diameters to produce 4. 5 meter rolls and others. B. Graphiting Machines C. Branding Machines D. Sheet Cutters. 3. Thermal Insulation Textiles, of glass and ceramic fibre in cloth 1Mx50M rolls, tapes from 1mm to 5mm thickness and sizes 1mm to 250mm widths, thicknesses from 1mm to 7mm. For these we require Round Braiders the following: A. Twisters for the twisted ropes, B. Round braiders for the braided ropes C. Looms for the cloth and tapes.
